Role - Customer Service Migration Liaison Officer? - 12 Month Contract?
To manage the migration of assigned customers to the new SEPA payments processing services.
It will involve regular communication with assigned customers and the owner of the role is responsible for ensuring the customer is prepared for SEPA migration in addition to supporting and managing the customers through it.
Experience / Skills
1. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
2. Previous experience with financial electronic banking services / payments knowledge (preferable)
3. Previous experience within a customer focused environment and proven track record of delivering on service
