Description: ? IT Shared Services - Operations Services Disaster Recovery Services provides the leveraged framework and coordination required for IT to develop, maintain and test disaster recovery plans that meet the business continuity requirements of ConocoPhillips. The Disaster Recovery analyst position will contribute to a team that provides strategic direction, systems integration, recovery plan and exercise oversight, and compliance reporting for global DR activities. ? Responsibilities may include:

  • Site coordination for global data center DR planning and exercises
  • Review and approval of site and application DR plans
  • Maintenance of global DR plan repository
  • Provide technical solutions to meet specific recovery requirements
  • Coordinate network of global DR site contacts
  • Compliance reporting for global DR activities

?? Basic/Required:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Understanding of technical DR solutions and how they apply to business requirements
  • 5+ experience in information technology
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS or related technical field
  • 3+ years experience developing, maintaining and exercising DR plans
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Self-directed and self-motivated to solve problems quickly and creatively
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment to encourage collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and geography
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
